President Xu Weimin has been engaged in medical work for more than 50 years, and has served as a professor of neurosurgery at Huashan Hospital of Fudan University, a former vice president of Huashan Hospital of Fudan University, the first president of Huashan Gamma Hospital of Fudan University that introduced gamma knife technology for the first Sino-US joint venture in China, the former director of the International Medical Exchange Center of Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau, the first chairman of iKang Guobin Group, the chairman of the Health Medicine Expert Committee of the National Development and Reform Commission's Guohe New Technology Application Center, and the first State Council allowance.

      有数据统计，2017年中国大健康产业规模为4.9万亿元，2021 年大健康产业规模已经突破了13万亿元，年均复合增长率约27.26％，估计到2030年，我国大健康产业的规模将超过16万亿元。大数据、区块链、云存储、人工智能等数字技术的进步，极大的改变医疗健康产品及服务的提供方式，中国消费者正扩大在线服务的开支。技术进步加上中国消费者不断增加的在线服务开支，使中国大健康市场快速数字化，并塑造中国数字医疗行业的基础。健康中国 2030 年规划纲要明确指出：到 2030 年，我国要建立起体系完整、结构优化的健康产业体系，形成一批具有较强创新能力和国际竞争力的大型企业，健康产业要成为国民经济支柱性产业，这给经济带来了重大发展。
