On May 14, 2023, the "China Digital Village High-quality Development Forum" and "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Industrial Digital Intelligence Transformation Summit" were successfully held in the Honggu Convention Center in Huadu, Guangzhou, China.        On February 27, 2023, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Overall Layout Plan for the Construction of Digital China (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), and required all regions and departments to seriously implement it in light of actual conditions. The Plan points out that building a digital China is an important engine for promoting Chinese-style modernization in the digital era and a strong support for building new national competitive advantages. Accelerating the construction of digital China is of great significance and far-reaching impact on comprehensively building a modern socialist country and comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

      This meeting closely follows the Central Document No. 1 on promoting the high-quality development of rural revitalization in 2023, establishes a benchmark in demonstration counties across the country, and displays the results of the pilot rural revitalization demonstration project in various industries according to the application and transformation of the "Plan" issued by the State Council, and uses digital technology to help enterprises transform and upgrade, and promote the comprehensive upgrading and development of China's agriculture.
