Wang Dashan said that in today's society, human beings have entered the era of digital economy, and metaverse, blockchain, 5G, AI, AR/VR, big data, cloud computing, Internet of Things and other technologies are coming. Virtual and reality are shining together, and technology and business are integrating and colliding, helping traditional enterprises to transform into digital enterprises, and boosting the high-quality development of the real economy to become the strongest voice at present. From 2017 to 2022, the "digital economy" has been mentioned six times in the government Work report, from the emphasis on promoting development to the improvement of governance. With the development of the digital economy, the definition and requirements of the digital economy in the government Work report have also changed.
Wang Dashan pointed out that token is a digital form of negotiable equity certificate, it represents a right, an inherent and intrinsic value.
